The Right of Choice?

What does "the right of choice" mean?  Does it mean whatever choice one makes is morally right, or simply legally right, whether morally right or not?  Does it matter if "legally right" equals "morally right?"  If not, is the government in the business of legalizing immorality?

Why does "the right of choice" only seem to apply to a pregnant woman?  Because it is her body?  It seems the choice generally refers to someone else's body—her baby's body.  The choice is not between having a baby and not having a baby; it is between a live baby and a dead baby.  If she has this "right" because it is her body, why doesn't the prostitute have the "right" to sell sex, or the addict to use drugs?  Why are there "clinics" for the pregnant woman to end her baby's life, but none for the despondent woman to end her own life?

Whether it's a "right" or not, everyone has a choice, and essentially it has always been the same:  "I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse; therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live, loving the LORD your God, obeying his voice, and cleaving to him" (Deuteronomy 30:19-20).
